EXCELLENT service. The 2 women there knew what they were doing!We travel, and every Great Clips seems to treat us like new customers. Not this one.They were able to bring up in their system, knew how we wanted our hair cut, and once we sat down, we had a quality haircut in less than 10 minutes.They are very busy, so sign in online, run some errands like we did, and no hassle.

I came in to get get a haircut only reason it's 2 stars is that they got me in almost right away without an appointment other then that I asked for a total of 1 in of hair and I asked her to use the shaver and scissors she just used the shaver for the side burns other then that she just used a comb and scissors to trim everything else and it was not at all even and it was still atleast 2 inches thankfully my roommate has a shaver she evened it up for me real quick but I will never go back I'll just go to my roommate that can apparently do a better job then a professionalService: Haircut

10 chairs but only enough staff to fill 2. Either Great Clips needs to pony up the dough to attract and retain stylists or management needs to schedule them. Either way, a terrible business model for this store. 15 minutes into the day and the wait time is 2 hours tells me that they're losing business. ?
