Dicks took great care of us. We had water backups in basement from old broken drain lines and could not use kitchen. They came out for a quote same day and were able to start work within a week. Knowledgeable and professional experience with Matt, gave us a great breakdown of what we needed and what to expect.
Crew kicked butt with the concrete work, had us up and running in a matter of days on a big underground job. They hit an unexpected snag along the way and dealt with it wonderfully. Despite this the bill was right in line with the estimate.

We highly recommend Dick's Plumbing!! Unfortunate for us, we discovered tree roots in our septic line over a year ago (there were two problem spots, both under concrete - yay). In May 2024 we started the process to get it all fixed fixed; we had been limping along somewhat. I called two different plumbers to try and get quotes. They came out, took a look, and after three weeks of waiting, I called back to check in. Both indicated they would still get back to me. A few more weeks and I said screw it.
