The staff are very accommodating. I called about a malfunction, and they said that I could just bring it in without an appointment. It turned out to be a low battery, and they took care of it on the spot. It's refreshing to have such a level of customer service in a time when there isn't much of that around. We appreciate that!

I have been using Chandlers Details Plus for twenty years. Four remote car starters. Our first one 2007 Ford Freestyle old Astrostart is still working and has never needed a second visit since install! Always has been great putting in your batteries. Today, I called just needing tips on the Astrostart Pro and he walks me thru steps and it’s done. So helpful. Service is great.
