Sars is a great therapist who has helped me get my regular life back after my operation. Very concentious ,knowledgeable, and caring about my success!! So thankful my surgeon recommended Select therapy and her.

I went to Select Therapy in Brainerd and was fortunate enough to work with Sarah Lundy. I had been experiencing pain in my left hip for almost one year and had multiple MRI's and XRAY's. The consensus was always mild osteoarthritis in my hip but noting sufficient to warrant a hip replacement. I had been to previous PT's and they essentially went through the motions, were not able to isolate the pain, prescribed the same stretches others had and sent me on my way. Sarah performed an evaluation then stated that she believed my iliopsoas (one of the hip flexor muscles) was extremely tight.
