KOALA Dental Care

I had taken my son who has severe anxiety, to koala care. Unfortunately on the day of his dental surgery he had eaten a donut, as I was leaving to bring him to surgery. It was my responsibility to call n cancel surgery, due to the fact he could asphyxiate under anesthesia. I didn't want my child to be hurt in any way.
We were completely kicked out of koala care. We were never late or missed any previous appointments.
I believe this termination of service was due to him being on State health care. This was a couple years ago St Cloud office.
With pediatric dental care being few and far between. I find these policies to be abusive.

Took braces off early, came in to get glue off and assistant was rude and ground all the way to my daughters gums and stated, “she doesn’t brush her teeth well” which is a complete lie because she was just at her annual at an actual dentist and her gums where amazing and teeth healthy. 🤔 I see a lawsuit in near future

My 4 boys have gone here for a few years. We have always been treated well, they show care and concern for the children, and they can get my kids in all at one time ? (bonus!) Thank you for helping ease the dental experience and being kid friendly!
