The sockets and light fixtures on the west wall of our downstairs bathroom would not function. I contacted Holdens and Randy returned my call. After I explained what was going on he asked if the GCFI had been tripped as that is what it sounded like. That bathroom does not have a GCFI. Randy suggested that I look throughout the house for one. And sure enough I found the tripped GCFI in the upstairs bathroom. Who would have thought? Randy did! They could have scheduled a maintenance call and charged me for this simple fix, but Randy described to me what I needed to do and he was right on. This is the definition of customer service. You guys rock!!!! 10 stars as far as I'm concerned. Thanks for helping an old lady get back to doing laundry. I was in tears when I called Randy & he came through for me verses not even getting my calls returned from others. I can't thank you enough. Being partially disabled I can't just run out to the laundromat, so your help is very much appreciated with getting that 220 outlet installed for the new dryer. Called them up to get some cat 5 cable run and an access point mounted. They were there right away in the morning at 7a.m. and got the job done at a reasonable price.Service: Installation
