We were up north and needed a haircut badly. We went to the Fantastic Sam's in Baxter and met Erica. She fit us in and we received the BEST haircuts my husband and I have EVER had. Erica was so kind and super professional. She has a true talent for knowing how your hair is and how it grows. She is a true professional. We LOVED her!We also met Payge who checked us in and was also very kind and professional. The Baxter Fantastic Sam’s is a great place and I so recommend it!Service: Haircut

Was able to get in for a haircut near the end of the day because an individual gave me his reservation time as he had to leave. Was men's discount day and the place was understaffed.

I've been a Fantastic Sam's customer for sometime now. Since Covid, the service has gone down hill. I went in there this morning 10/12/22 at a little after 9am. The lady who greeted me was mot necessarily friendly but informed me that they only have 2 employees now and that is why they close at 4. I made an appointment for 3pm to get my eye brows waxed. Arrived about 10 minutes early and there was a hand written note saying emergency closure.... Noone bothered to call me to let me know my appointment would be cancelled. I'm really thinking the owners of this particular franchise need to think about there customer service and staff.
