I don't usually write reviews; However, My Vet Dr. Kelly is the most caring and compassionate veterinarian I have ever seen in all of my 40 years as a dog owner. I have three German Shepherds, two young females and a elderly male that's 10. My first experience with Dr' Kelly was with my youngest "Lucy" which at the time was a puppy and at the visit Lucy shook terribly from fear. Dr. Kelly took almost an hour on the floor with treats and lots of love to win that dog over. I was very impressed to say the least! We were visiting the area with a new rescue dog I initially brought in on a Thursday to ensure there was not a problem with her breathing. I was very happy with Dr. Emily's exam and fee charged (though I was surprised by their policy to charge for even making the appointment). Anyway, the problem came back overnight on Friday so I called to get her back in on Saturday morning and discovered their concept of Animal Hospital is NOT 24/7 availability, but that once warranted, and for a minimum charge of $450.00, they will schedule time with a vet. Dr. deb is amazing! Very realistic and informational. She's does an excellent job of answering questions. Ahe also has a very realistic understanding of how to manage my pets care. The staff is also amazing.
