“I was on my way back to St. Cloud, MN, from Sioux Falls, SD when my car broke down (motor blew, though I didn't know that at the time) and I had no idea what to do. It was my first car, and I had never had an issue like this before. I managed to drive it to the nearest auto shop in the middle of seemingly nowhere with no idea what was in store for me, and it just so happened to be here. While I waited for someone to come pick me up and as I looked for potential towing, the kind workers offered me to stay in their air conditioned building for 2+ hours, offered me a HOMECOOKED MEAL (carne asada, smoked BBQ chicken, and potatoes, which were fantastic) out of one of their OWN packed lunches, and were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional the entire time. Their good manners, humor, and compassion made what would have been a nightmare experience into a fond memory. The prices they gave me to fix the car were fair, and the service was incredibly fast, with only a two day turnaround for a major repair. They even stayed after closing to allow me to come pick it up once it was fixed. They test drove the car, and gave back certain requested parts in the worked on area. It has been a week and I have had no issues with the car, and I noticed they fitted some bolts that were missing onto a different area that they didn't need to do at all. Overall I am EXTREMELY impressed with their service, and I recommend this quaint seeming shop to anyone with potential car troubles, you won't regret it. These are true professionals who know their craft and care about their customers.
