We had Opie’s One Hour Heating come out to service our running but noisy furnance. After 4 trips to our house because the furnance was smoking or quit altogether, I called Brian at Albany Heating. It was a Saturday and he still came out in 30 minutes, found the defective flame head and replaced it. Total cost was less than One Hour Heating and the furnance is running like it’s new. We were told by another company doing regular cleaning of our furnace that we would need a new one soon. We had Albany Heating (Brian) come out and he went through the furnace and found a minor problem.
