“From entrance to exit my visit was excellent. The receptionist was so polite. I called about an hour before my appointment because my teen daughter wanted to see what getting a full face wax would look like. When I asked if it was okay, they said it was very much OK. I already felt relaxed when I walked in. The chairs very comfortable and set up/decor was very much what I look for when I go for a wax or spa treatment. The music was soft and not so loud where you'd need to have a loud conversation to hear each other. I came in about 10 minutes early and the esthetician Lydia met us with a smile and was ready to get started. My daughter needed the bathroom and Lydia showed her the way. Bathroom was so neat and clean! I'm not much of a talker but Lydia still made the silences comfortable. She was very meticulous with my eyebrows and cleaned them up SO well after nearly 4 years of not having them done. I love the way she took care of my sideburns as well! My face looked so much brighter, and I in turn feel brighter. THANK YOU Lydia for you're awesome work!“
