The 1st couple of times that my daughter and I went, we were both happy. A sweet lady did both our pedicures and my acrylics. But the last time we went, which was a week ago, a man did both my pedicure and my acrylics. I wanted them done before leaving on a trip. My Pedicure was miserable! They man was rude and condescending. My toes were bleeding. i was charged an extra $40 just for polish removal plus the cost of the pedicure! So over $100! After leaving, driving home, hands on the wheel, I noticed that there was a noticeable gap between my cuticle and where the acrylic started. I highly recommend booking an appointment with Lukas. He is so funny and did a great job! I got a fill and a gel color for $40 He did way better than the people at the Rochester mallService: Acrylic nails

I love all the nail techs! Their nice and really good at their job! Only thing to complain about is there scheduling they forgot my girlfriend's appointment but it was easy to get another one the next day.
