Fast, very little wait time, cut exactly the way I wanted, and friendly service. I was very happy with my own haircut and the service. The stylist was so good and extremely patient with my 1 1/2 year old grandson, who was not interested in getting his hair cut. This is why I returned for my own cut.

Like my hair dresser Heather Douglas ! She is a very professional person WITH A SMILE !1 thing that Great clips on line check in should IMPROVISE ! The web site SHould BE running at least 10 minutes before the store opens . Why ? Time is the essence . Too many time I tried to online check in ,it’s wasn’t available Until the store opens the door .Business talk, you lost some customer : 1 for every 2 minutes ,1 time , 7 days a week you lost more than 21 ! Do the math then you Understand my point of view ! Please correct it you will improve ,& will have more customers . I have been with Austin Greatclips since it opened .
