Matt made the first time home buying experience for my husband and I a breeze! He was very knowledgeable and was able to work with our busy schedules to show us all the houses we wanted to look at. He is a handy guy and helped point out areas of concern or things that were done well in houses which was perfect since we did not have any experience. He helped us put an offer in on our home and they accepted it the same day. Throughout the whole process Matt explained what we were looking at and the important information with each part of the offer, negotiation period, and the acceptance.
