Took money, started job, and then never finished it. Won't answer calls or texts. Extremely unprofessional. Excuses for miles, and completely unaccountable.

Unreliable. Takes awhile to get projects done. But does good work. Fair prices. Too bad his right-hand man isn't there anymore.
