If thats not her specialty, why would they try it????There are a couple of other things that happened, but again, we didn't want to be a squeaky wheel....My wife left a tip because she wanted to be nice. My wife was there early and didn't get seen on time. She also got her massage cut short so your employee could get back on her schedule for her next appointment..My wife did mention her displeasure with the service, which is why you gave her a 25$ discount upon leaving.Instead of trying to save face for the gram, maybe you should have waited and called me to discuss this???????-Update!!!! My wife went back in, and they gave her the white gloves treatment. She was so happy walking out after her appointment. I love to spend my money with good people. I expected good service, and we got it. They accepted responsibility for the first appointment and made it right. We live in a world where people don't accept responsibility for anything. They showed and proved that they were willing to stand by their services.Going forward, I will use them again often.“
