My laptop hard drive failed and I was unable to boot my machine and retrieve important files. Within hours of submitting my online service request a representative called, explained the process and arranged a pick up for later that day. Mike from NGT picked up my machine around 6 PM. The next evening Mike contacted me informing me the recovery was successful. We arranged for a return of my files. Mike and staff from NGT proved to be not only technical experts, but high integrity, customer service driven individuals.
We are moving from an IPad and Windows 10 to Windows 11 to meet our future needs. Mike worked out the new equipment and will install as soon as the equipment arrives and will provide training on Windows 11.
