Excellent experienceKevin Burns is really knowledgeable, reliable, and Great communicator. He always response as soon as He can. He provided right updating and any information quickly. He represented us while we couldn’t make to final walk to the house making sure everything was working properly. Very professional, honest and respectful person. I would definitely recommend Kevin Burns to friends and family.

It was a wonderful experience working with Mr. Burns. From the moment my wife & I embarked on a house search, Kevin walked us through the process, enlightening us every step of the way as we faced a very challenging and unique housing market. In addition to our house search in Lakeville, Farmington, & Rosemount; we were also looking at places in Rochester with a different realtor. Our housing needs changed during our search and our focus was on Rochester which ended up being where we found a place.Kevin maintained excellent communication and kept us in the loop with market changes and trends. Kevin Burns is extremely knowledgeable with the current housing market and what it takes to prepare a home for sale. Kevin took the time to explain the process and to make suggestions that ultimately resulted in our home selling the first day on the market. In addition to his real estate knowledge Kevin has a designers eye for presentation that I truly believe helped with the fast sale of our home. Kevin responded quickly whenever we called or texted with our questions or concerns. I highly recommend Kevin Burns to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
