Can’t say I’d go back. A friend and I recently went for massages and arrived extra early. We were waiting in the serenity room a good 10 mins before our massage time. We both got called back to our rooms after the top of the hour when our massage was supposed to start. However, our massage still ended at the 1 hour mark from when our massage was supposed to start. So we each had about a 45-50 min massage. I understand the time it takes to get ready, talk about needs, etc, but when it wasn’t our fault that the massage started late, we should still get our full time allotted. Waste of money in my opinion
I have been looking for a massage therapist for a while, someone that understood my tight muscles and how to relieve them. I didn’t want a fluff and buff but someone who would spend time on the areas that needed it. Laura was fabulous and I scheduled another visit. Very happy this spa is so close to my home, will recommend this beautiful spa for sure
