Based on the reviews, Allina Health Urgent Care – Apple Valley offers care for non-life threatening illnesses, infections or injuries. The staff go above and beyond their duties of care. They care for patients physically and emotionally trying to assist them in getting healthier. The wait was really short (less than 20 minutes) and patients did not wait long for a doctor either (about 5 minutes). The doctor was quick and to-the-point. The check-in process was quick and friendly, and the waiting area felt clean and safe. The doctor and nurse were kind, caring, helpful and were concerned for the patient’s condition. From first contact at the front desk to being ushered into the exam room, patients were treated with respect. The staff were all patient, competent and thorough. The doctor found right away what was wrong. The service was hands down the speediest and best service at any clinic ever.
