The clinic is popular and can be busy, which may sometimes cause delays with lab results and call backs. However, they are usually able to see patients quickly when needed. There have been some issues with text confirmations having the wrong date or time, but the information is always correct in their system. Overall, Rum River Veterinary Clinic is a great choice for veterinary care, providing excellent service, caring staff, and flexible options. Pet owners are fortunate to have such a clinic in their community.
Extremely Grateful as they saved our cats life after she was attacked by our neighbors dog! It’s been a long road to recovery with an emergency surgery along the way! I recently brought my senior dog to Rum River Veterinary clinic for surgery, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of care and professionalism. The entire staff were incredibly compassionate and took the time to explain every detail of the procedure, which really put me at ease. The doctors provided me with all the information I needed to make the right decisions for how to treat our dog. Found this vet due to the google reviews. Went there for the first time today and it was exceptional from the moment I walked in. I was greeted immediately, checked in very fast. The front desk employees were super friendly and nice. Cole and Dr.Angle were also fantastic. Very personable, honest, thoughtful, thorough, and knowledgeable. Was very nice to my dog and they could
tell he was nervous but by the end of the visit my dog was wagging his tail and as happy as a dog could be at the vet. They even showed me how to click my dog’s nails properly which was very helpful.
