Frederick's Accounting & Tax is a highly praised business, known for its exceptional service and dedicated staff. Clients consistently commend the team, particularly Lisa, for their responsiveness, expertise, and commitment to delivering timely and efficient tax services. The business is widely recommended for its outstanding performance and customer-centric approach.
My family and I have been going to Frederick’s accounting for years. Lisa and her staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They explain things in a way you can understand. Plus, you get to see and pet her sweet dog Ailey. I have referred several people to her and they all love her too. I usually always get my taxes back in a day, or two, and they are very reasonably priced. I won’t go anywhere else.
Frederick’s Accounting & Tax deserves every bit of five stars. I came in after spending six exhausting hours on the phone with multiple TurboTax “experts,” only to end up with a completely unusable account. Lisa stepped in, immediately understood the situation, and laid out a clear, confident plan to fix everything. Less than 24 hours later, the issue was resolved.
Lisa and her team were professional, fast, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. The experience was night‑and‑day compared to what I’d just gone through. I’ll be returning next year without hesitation.
I was looking for a new tax accountant. Frederick's was highly recommend. My hubsand and I, also my son and his wife went here for the first time and saw Lisa. I highly recommend Frederick's for your taxes. Great service and Lisa was easy to work with and answered all our questions. Taxes done in a timely manner. A+ service all around. Thanks Lisa and your team!
