I called Brian when my keyboard and mouse wouldn't work on my computer. I checked the batteries and they were fine. I ran several tests but couldn't come up with the answer. Brian told me to bring it over and he could look at it. He called me later that day and told me - my keyboard and mouse had died. A trip to Walmart and then back to Brian and I'm back up and ready to go. He was great to work with and I would use him again.

This man is amazing. He worked with me to fix a laptop that has been nothing but trouble. I worked with HP for hours and months with no resolution. There were nothing but issues with the laptop. Within hours Brian found the issue and it was not repairable. He recommended and new one and I am so happy with my new laptop. He is reasonably prices and has very fast service. I feel like I was working with a new friend, rather than a small business owner. He is fantastic and will be my only computer repair person.

If anyone ever needs a computer guy, I have found the best one ever. For many years I have had so many computer repair geniuses say they know how to fix programs, computers, etc., only to put a band aid on it and say it works now, but I don't know what they did, and they don't either. I don't like technology, I'm old school, so when I need help with repair, or just how should I do something, or move around on my laptop, I call Brian. He has never let me down with his knowledge and is so informative. He will never leave you until you understand how he fixed your problem, and what to do if it happens again.
