I see negative reviews on here but I’ve been here twice and both waits have been shorter than they told me to expect and I’ve gotten adequate treatment. They don’t jump to conclusions and do as much testing as they can on-site. All staff were friendly. Every single one. I’d recommend to anyone and I will come back here anytime I might need to in the future.
I had a great experience at the Andover Urgent Care this week!!! Front desk made the check in process very smooth. Only waited about 5 minutes when Veeta called me back and was so thorough and explained everything as she was working. Veeeta was awesome!!! Next in was Diane. Wow did she know her stuff about my antibiotics. Diane gave me some really great advise regarding going forward with some of my test results. Thank you so much to your entire staff for being so supportive, knowledgeable and just plain amazing!! So appreciated it!!♥️

I just want to say that I was impressed by a doctor. The check-in staff and nurses were “okay,” not super friendly but not rude. We have to understand they can get a lot of crabby/disrespectful patients. But the wait was wonderful! I think I waited for maybe 15 minutes. They took my vitals and sent me to a room. Then the nurse explained that they didn’t have labs for a full gallbladder/liver workup, so if I decided to cancel the appointment, I wouldn’t be charged ?. Then when asking where to go, the doctor came in and recommended some places and answered some of my additional questions and also said I wouldn’t be charged. I was so thankful... read full review
