Seen promptly, the nurse and the x-ray tech were friendly, professional and personable. Dr. John B Rogers (Orthopedic Surgeon) was very informative, explained my medical condition very well, was thorough explaining the diagnosis of my xray. He answered all my questions and gave me several options and the risks involved with each option. I feel very confident in his skills to perform the surgery we had discussed on my hand.
After going through some negative situations at other locations Christine M. Jensen at this location has truly been a breath of fresh air along with her nurse which I believe her name is Kristen. (I’m so sorry if I got that wrong) This doctor and her care team are so compassionate and kind. They treat you like actual human beings instead of another number walking through the doors. I have never felt so heard or cared for before. I wish there were a million of her at every location, because if there were healthcare would be an entirely different and positive experience. Thank you. From the bottom of my heart. I hope everyone who reads this gives her a chance.
Unfortunately had to go to their Urgent Care today. Fortunately I found myself in Vita's care. Super friendly and very sympathetic to my obvious discomfort. She ensured that things moved quickly to get me the help I needed. All the staff were wonderful but Vita really shined.
