I was referred to Dr. Lively years ago by my pet's veterinarian when they voiced concerns about one of our cats having noticeable changes in their eye. While he's been given a clean bill of (eye) health, i continue to bring him for yearly check in appointments. I am continually impressed by not only the professionalism but also the empathy expressed by the staff. They truly care and love what they do, and it shows with how they interact with patients. Dr. Larocca has been great each time, very concise, educating me on what is going on and expectations. Better yet is the front staff! Super frienfly, positive, happy people - I love it! No one likes to pay, however I was expecting things to be more.
Oh, and I got an appointment within a few days of my referral.
The team at the Animal Eye Specialty Center was able to get our lab in right away when we called concerned about his eye. Unfortunately his eye needed to be removed but they took excellent care of our boy!
