“I hired Paffy's last year to deal with a Wasp & Ant issue around my home. I purchased a 3-season plan. They came out in the Spring and did the first treatment which ended up solving the problem for the whole year and I actually forgot they were supposed to come back and do two more treatments because I never saw another wasp or ant all summer.This spring I saw Wasps flying around again when I was working on my bike so I called Paffy's to have them come out and treat the yard again. The representative who answered noticed that they never did the additional 2 treatments and acknowledged their mistake which I didn't even realize they had made! She offered to send out the tech for free to do the first two treatments this summer.I just wanted to recognize them for being an honest business that does great work. They currently have 3-stars on yelp which is way too low.Don't hesitate to hire them!“
