We were setting traps in the garage because we had seen mice. We trapped 13 in the garage. One night there was one in the house so we called Paffy's. I will say they came quickly, unfortunately that is the only good thing I can say. We were told they would check in the attic when we inquired about this, they did not go in the attic.The kid told us he couldn't detect any mice activity in the garage even though as previously stated we trapped 13. These guys are not only unreliable - they are con artists . I paid for a years worth of service-and after their tech failed to show -Twice . I cancelled the service and requested a refund. iThey claimed I was owed 1/3 vs 2/3 of what I paid them up front-although they showed once out of the three appointments.The first tech was unfriendly and unprofessional and argumentative.Ultimately after calling them countless times they refunded what was owed. Two separate checks weeks apart. The second check came late because the owner "forgot" and went on vacation. Very professional-NOT. S/B no stars btw
