Arrived on time, and very professional. Spent the extra time to understand an issue I had observed,, but was not currently found. But, found it after walking through it again. Stuck to it and found it!!
We have an old AC unit and figured today was the day we'd have to finally re-place it. Fortunately, was just a small fix again and we were back up and running. Big relief with how hot it's been lately! We have had Ellingson's out multiple times over the years for AC issues and re-placing a water heater as well a few years back and the service has always been prompt and the communication is great!
