“I have known Noel for several years and have had the opportunity to work with him both as a Project Manager for a contractor and as a subcontracted business. Through those experiences, I have seen firsthand the way he operates and the level of integrity he brings to his work. I have never known a contractor or businessman to be more honest, dependable, and hardworking than Noel. He consistently puts his customers’ best interests first and is committed to delivering quality craftsmanship and restoration on every project. He also makes sure his subcontractors perform at a high standard, ensuring each job is completed with care, professionalism, and excellence. I would highly recommend Noel to anyone looking for an honest, hardworking general contractor. I truly cannot think of anyone I would recommend more highly.”
