There was an issue with the level of service received during a pedicure, but Nina took steps to rectify the situation. However, there is still some dissatisfaction with the extended massage promised with the upgraded pedicure, as it was not significantly longer than the standard massage. Overall, Turbo Nails provides good nail services, but there is room for improvement in certain areas.
My friend asked me to go do my nails with her. I planned on only going just this once…Now I go every 3 weeks with her! It’s always a joy and a highlight of my month getting to spend time with my friend and being in a friendly, relaxing and warm environment where we both get treated equally and kindly. Thank you Turbo Nails and Nina for the amazing experience!!
I have been coming here for 8 years literally every other week. Nina and her staff are amazing! Today we came in with quite the group and everyone left with a big smile and beautiful nails!
Even if you only have an idea of what you want, they will have you taken care of with a smile. My wedding nails are absolutely perfect. Simple and elegant and exactly what I thought they should be. It was a dull house today but everyone looked happy.
