We just received our second cleaning service and are very pleased with how our carpets look and smell.Once again Northwest Carpet and Upholstry was easy to book with, showed up on time with text notices prior to arrival, and made our set-in pet stains magically disappear in less than 1 hour!!10/10 will continue scheduling with them and would recommend to anyone in our area!

We've used Northwest Carpet Cleaners now 38 times over 22 years and never been disappointed. We've had them clean our carpets, rugs, the fabric on our furnitures. Most recently they made the red wine stain on our newly upholstered couch disappear. They do quality work consistently and they're invariably friendly and reliable. Dan did a fantastic job cleaning the 15 year old carpeting at my Mom's house. He was able to get a lot of old pets stains out and the carpet smelled fresh and looked much brighter when he was done. I highly recommend his company!
