This review is for the Caribou Coffee INSIDE of Coborn's Marketplace. It's on the north side of the market (by the gas pumps). There's plenty of space at this location to stop and enjoy a cuppa coffee or tea. They also offer pastries & other goodies (we opted to pick up our pastries from Coborn's bakery area since there were so many more choices). Counter service: order, pay, wait for your beverage at the end of the counter.

Today I was in the Albertville store and watch a Mgr named Angela interact with younger employees. WOW! She needs some real training! If what I saw was how Coborns treats its employees, I'll take my business elsewhere! Get a clue, your employees are people, not incompetent teenagers!

If I could give a zero stars I would. The supervisor was absolutely disrespectful to me and I was just trying to use my $5 off coupon on topcare products after you get 12 prescriptions with your more rewards and it should just pop up when you put your phone # in but they called the supervisor over and she was so rude and made me feel so uncomfortable that I left without even purchasing my items. Her employees looked scared of her who were all young kids. They seemed to know a lot more about customer service than she does and honestly I'd demote her and let one of those kids run the store.
