Recently when I went in to make an appointment with Dr. Wessling because my 14 year old cat would not eat or drink any more on Monday to make an appointment to have her seen they made me an appointment for 1 week later! So I guess they were hoping for my cat to die!
I have lost total faith in the receptionists at South Centeral Pet Clinic! I have always paid my bill! I may have a heart for animals and can not stand to see an animal suffer! Did a great job caring for my sick pup Ruby. Given meds, got an appointment in a reasonable time frame. Staff was very caring & excellent with explaining things to me & caring for her. Will continue going there, actually going to change vet clinics now to them.
They weren't able to get us in this time, but we had moved to Owatonna and weren't able to get in until the next day there, either. We know how tough it is these days, so we understood and thankfully, our dog did fine, waiting until the following day. South Central Pet Care was our go to for 33 years before we moved and they were so good to all of our pets. The kindness and care shown to us and our pets through the years, by Dr. Larson, Dr. Wessling and many of their staff, will always be remembered. Best wishes to all of you.
