Aside from the issues with changing delivery schedules without notice, there is a huge problem where active wheelchair bound persons are not accommodated with portable lightweight oxygen machines. I’ve been trying to work with them on this issue for three years to no avail! I can say that Alex, my Lincare delivery person, is C a really nice guy!
I wasn’t satisfied with service when using Lincare. We went to local Lincare store to have clarification of charges on Lincare billing statement. We met Helena the current store manager. We had cancelled our service and my husband was no longer using his device due to it being uncomfortable to his neck when he awaken every morning. We explained the dissatisfaction we received using Lincare. She was amazing she explained the issues the company was having and she is now with them. She was so apologetic and we decided to try it again. We have received service now. I am pleased with her and will give another try! Thank you! Sandi/Kevin Swenson
I have never had an issue with lincare if I have equipment issues it looked into . My driver is the best he's very helpful kind and i hope he stays at lincare I truly appreciate him
