Everyone there is so kind! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and professionalism. They even gave me a tour of the entire space, which immediately made me feel comfortable and welcome. Everything was explained thoroughly, and they made sure I understood what they were doing every step of the way. I felt completely at ease asking questions and sharing my concerns. Rachel is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. Her understanding of TMJ and sleep apnea is seriously impressive, and you can tell she truly cares about helping patients find real solutions. Emily did my cleaning and X-rays, and she was so sweet! She kept the conversation flowing the whole time, which made the appointment fly by.
