Thank you all and the service is always timely and reasonably priced! The work is always wonderful and my condo is older and they always leave me with better than before as they replace all of the plumbing below the sink also. VanDer Kolk plumbing is 5 stars for sure. We call them for all of our plumbing needs. They are responsive they show up when they say they will show up. They do quality work and always so great to work with. We had our water heater replaced and asked them to look at our shower that was leaking and they fixed it at no cost. Tim and his Team are very friendly, professional, they were at my house quickly, and when they said they would be. It was easy to communicate with them. They redid a drain for my bathtub. I will use them again, and have recommended them to a few other people.
