I've never actually used these people's services but driving past the facility a few times a day as maybe really appreciate their beautiful facility, their cleanness, their trucks and their logos. I just really like the way the business looks and I appreciate good business.

I installed my furnace 3 years ago and already needed someone replacement parts. Had mast come on Sunday for no heat call and figured out we needed a pressure valve replaced. I agreed and we went ahead and replaced. A couple days later I was back to no heat in the morning and called leaving a message around 6:30 and got a call back before they opened and sent someone right away to figure out what’s going on. They had everything going a few hours later. I think mast is good and would recommend them to anyone. Mast customer service is good and techs are very nice.

Our furnace went out in the winter of 2024. Within 3 days, Mast was able to fully replace our furnace. It didn’t take terribly long and the installers were kind, explained what they were doing, and asked permission before doing parts of the install. We are happy with our furnace.
