Great service this week for me and my two sons. Friendly service and clear expectations and communication. Even in tough and busy times they are doing a great job of providing the best service they can. Anna was particularly helpful and delivered exactly what was asked for with great communication!Thank you, we'll be back!

First ever haircut at 5.5 years old. Proud daddy moment when she said she wanted to donate it to a little girl who did not have hair. That way the little girl would be called beautiful. 14". They did a fantastic job. My daughter said after, you were right dad that didnt hurt. Great job Great clips. Thank you.

I take my son to Great Clips for his hair. We never have the same person twice when we come into Great Clips, but we always get the same haircut. They log exactly what was done and save it by your phone number each time. Even during covid-19 when there were months in between, we were able to come back in and get the same service.One of the haircutters there didn't listen when I mentioned my son has a pretty severe cowlick and ended up cutting his cowlick down until there was almost no hair there so that it would lay flat, but that did mean that once it grew back out, it stood back up again for another 3 months.They always give my son a lollipop after he gets a haircut,...read full review
