Envizion took over our managed IT services in June of 2022. They have been a big improvement from the larger firm that we previously worked with. They provide close attention to our needs, they really dive in to figure out the root cause of issues, and they are affordable. Response time has been strong and we rarely have more than a handful of outstanding tickets.

Envizion took over our IT services this summer and we have nothing but good things to say. The transition from our old IT company was more than a little abrupt (through no fault of Envizion) but the guys here have been willing to jump in headfirst. Even with just being introduced to our computer and phone systems, they managed to fix a pretty bad issue within the first few weeks of managing our devices, leaving us with very little downtime (phones were constantly ringing with dead air 24/7). Meeting with Mark to go through expectations and review their business model really got me excited to do business with Envizion. Any time I'm having typical IT trouble Envizion is quick to respond and answers all of my questions. Would recommend to anyone who's looking for an IT partner that goes above and beyond!
