“Some people recommend their dentist because that's just where they go and nothing overly negative has happened. I recommend Centerstone because I want the people I care about to be this welcomed, relaxed, and cared for when they go to the dentist.
I had an appt for a cleaning at Centerstone yesterday. In general, a dentist appt is not at the top of my faves list, but the people there make you feel so comfortable and welcomed, it really is a pleasant experience.
When I got there I was warmly welcomed by Carla at reception, who is so lovely. Seriously, I don't know what it is about this woman's energy, but she just radiates safety, warmth, understanding, and kindness.
Then I was called back promptly (as usual- no waiting here) by Lindsey (hygienist) and we proceeded to have a great, easy, engaging conversation. Then Dr. Williams came in and was effortlessly absorbed into our conversation. He's so real. Somewhere in there I had a great cleaning, bite wing x-rays, and a thorough exam.
I've been a patient at Centerstone for 12 years and it's always like that. Warm reception , no wait, and people who are exceptional at their jobs not to mention warm, friendly, and engaging.“

What a wonderful place and experience! I opened the door to a beautiful office, the receptionist was as kind as could be and welcomed me to my first visit. I waited a very short time and then Alana called my name. What a wonderful dental tech! She was gentle and looked into every concern I had. She was so pleasant!
Then Dr. Prince came in, again welcoming me to the practice! A very nice man who also addressed my concerns.
Now I was led to the business office where my bill was ready along with the costs for everything we talked about. Again, welcoming me! She was so professional and kind!
