Kevin did a great job! Unfortunately I didn’t end up purchasing the home, due to all of Kevin’s findings during the inspection. $310 is a small price to pay compared to a house with a lot of problems. As a first time homebuyer the inspection taught me a lot and I plan on using him again in the near future.Service: Pre-listing inspections

Kevin completed an incredibly thorough inspection of a single family home for us. He was great to work with, and took the time to answer all of my questions about the property during the inspection.
