I had my 6 month check up here last month and had a great experience. The front desk staff was very welcoming and the check in process was streamlined and easy to complete. The office was clean and modern. The dental assistant that took my x rays was personable and informative. Dr. Hamka did a great job with my cleaning and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. He was very gentle but thorough. He reviewed my X-ray findings with me and answered any questions I had. I felt no pain during the cleaning/exam and my teeth felt squeaky clean after. How refreshing to see a professional office that remains incredibly personable. I was completely satisfied with the care I received but the remarkable aspect, for me, was the overall peacefulness. The atmosphere was incredible relaxed. It was refreshing to overhear employees encouraging one another and sharing laughter. As a customer/consumer I have come to cringe at the tense feeling when interacting with employees I am grateful to say, that feeling was completely absent starting with a warm greeting as I walked in for the first time. They were very kind and welcoming. They gave detailed descriptions and came up with a treatment plan. They were understanding of limited finances. They were willing to work at my comfort and pace. Exactly what I would expect. I look forward to a long relationship here.
