I’ve been waiting a month for surgery and have a two month wait ahead of me, reason is I can’t get checked for osteoporosis by someone named Tammy. But there is other,s in Holland Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo that does this same thing. If someone could explain why the extreme long wait. I have been a patient at the clinic for 5 years now. I have never had a bad experience! The medical assistants are always very friendly and professional. I did have to switch doctors due to my doctor leaving the facility, but my new doctor is just as competent and professional as the last. As with my places, after covid they do seem to be short staffed, but I've never experienced any rudeness or stress from the staff due to this. My appointments are never rushed, I am able to ask any questions I have, and I am not there for an extended amount of time either! I highly recommend this office!
the new legislation that does not allow conscious sedation for epidurals, and injections as a patients choice is what for me has changed my review from 5 stars to 3. I realize that is not just a MPC issue. But Ithink they should have put in place options for patients many who live in daily pain a way to navigate this besides just saying oh well , too bad. Reasonable out of pocket cost to use it, oral options, whatever. You are the doctors, and you do not have to lay on your stomachs in pain while needles are stuck in your back and nerves. I have been going here for 6-7 years and need the service.
