This past spring I was a patient here for a few months, as I had been in a car accident and my body experienced injury and physical trauma from that. Higher Health is the best chiropractor I’ve been to. They are passionate about their patients’ well-being and health. The staff are always friendly. Most of the time, my appointments were super quick; not long waits. The only issue I had here was there was much miscommunication when switching from auto insurance claim to my regular insurance. It was not communicated well that my claim had stopped covering the bills, and thus found out post-xrays that I owed $300 for said imaging. Besides that, I highly recommend this chiropractic office to anyone looking for a reputable chiropractor in Grand Rapids!
I don’t normally post on such things but this has been such a life changing experience I felt obligated too! I started going to Higher Health Chiropractic for lower back pain, have had on and off problems for years, and there work has given me a MUCH improved back. As soon as you walk in the door you are met with bright smiles on employees that go out of their way to create a sense of comfort and familiarity with you. Higher health has a very proactive approach on getting to the root of what is causing your problems, and explaining to you how/why it may be happening, so they can give you the best and most efficient care possible. I am young and live a very active lifestyle that I had previously thought, for the most part, was fairly pain free but I have already seen an immense improvement in my mobility, pain, and health in all aspects of my day-to-day life from the short time I have been at Higher Health. If you are at or around the GR area and looking for a higher level of chiropractic care for a more than affordable cost while getting to meet great people that show they care about your health then I can’t recommend Higher Health Chiropractic enough!
Friendly Staff....from the minute you walk in the door you feel welcome . Very informative about their treatments and answer all your concerns and questions. So happy with the treatments I have received so far looking forward to continued improvement in my health!
