in my more than 10 years of getting my hair cut with Great Clips I have never in my life had a better haircut experience and conversation (general customer service) experience than with Suzie at the 54th St lication, finominal job great personality and very genuine. keep absolutely killing it this is just another example of why I have been coming for so long

I walked in an half hour before closing, gave the man behind the Counter the choice to cut my hair or I can come back, it was Friday and a half hour before closing and he said let's do this, I have not had a cut cut since Christmas, ( I believe his name was Clint but not for sure I'm terrible with names) he acted like he had all day and we had a good conversation, I was super impressed, he did a great job and took time to go over my cut to make sure it was perfect. He did a great job, thanks again,

Good haircut
Stylist: Although I don't know this, I think the stylist may have been a recent cosmetology grad. They seemed a little tentative and did not follow basic procedures such as placing the neck tissue with the opening in the back so it stayed in place when the apron was fastened . . . got a lot of hair down my neck. I also noticed when they showed me the finished work with a mirror, the back appeared chopped. I pointed this out and the stylist fixed it.
