Great customer service. They can get very busy and the login times can be off at times but all around good service and haircuts! All the negative reviews really disappointed me they all seem very petty and most of the people leaving them have hardly any other reviews.
This is the second time this lady cut my hair without following the instructions given. These are simple instructions and I always tip well.
Just the attention to details. Uncut fluffy sideburn on one side of your head to asking to keep it longer in the front.
All the other girls are on their A game and this is why I keep coming back to the Metro one. I may ask going forward not to have her cut my hair.
Excellent service, online check in was extremely convenient. Christy was very friendly and engaging in conversation during my haircut. She did an excellent job. I'm going to this location from now on
