I wish I had the option to give more stars for Mark. I called him later in the day on a Friday as we were having issues with our leveling system. As we found out later, he was on his way to visit with family he hadn’t seen in a couple of weeks, but Mark did not leave us stranded. After trying to help us troubleshoot over the phone with no success, Mark turned around and came to the park we were at to help us. He called Lippert right away before they closed and together the root of the problem was discovered. We need a new battery.

Yesterday I called Dash Mobile RV service and I must say, the experience was outstanding. Mark said he could come the next afternoon and he showed up on time. From the moment Mark walked in our RV we were greeted by a very friendly guy. He took the time to listen to our concerns and provided expert advice on the repair.
What impressed me the most was the transparency and honesty exhibited throughout the process. Mark kept us informed and explained
the repair in detail. Not only did he complete the repairs promptly his pricing was very fair.
