“I am 37 years old mother of 3 (ages 11, 9 and 8). I started going to Rivertown family chiropractic about 6+ years ago. For about 20+ years I’ve had back pain, that only got worse after having children. It affected my day to day living as a mother and wife. Doing dishes, folding laundry, taking walks with my children... the pain in my back would start as an ache that would only get worse. I’d have to take so many breaks during my daily activities and sit down to try and relieve some of the pain. I thought it was normal to feel pain like this, and was always told by my family to go to the chiropractor and I ignored them for years! I finally went, and I am SO thankful I did! With Only a month of adjustments so far my pain is almost all the way gone! I can do my daily chores and play with my kids and take longer walks without this annoying ache and pain which was almost constant. I’m so thankful for the freedom I now experience as a wife and mother, being pain free is an amazing thing. Everyone who works at Rivertown family chiropractic is so amazing, friendly, and kind. I can’t believe it took me so long to go, but now that I have I’ll never regret it. It is so important for my health to continue to go, and makes me a better wife and mother because of it. Also - one of the best parts about it is I don’t have to worry about my children. If they play and have any type of back or neck pain, I can usually get them adjusted the same day or next day. My kids have barely been sick in the last 6 years, and it feels so comforting to know they are in good hands and well taken care of. When they fall or have an off day it’s great to know I can get them an extra adjustment and tips/advice. 🩶🩶”
