Wyandotte Animal Hospital provides prompt and compassionate care for pets. The staff, including Dr. Poindexter, are extremely helpful and caring, making pets and owners feel at ease. They prioritize animal love and show kindness, even in difficult situations, making it a great place to bring your pets for their health needs.
I had taken my cat here for several years. Dr Crawshaw and Dr Poindexter and all the staff are very friendly and attentive. The last year of my old boys life we were there monthly for Solensia injections, they were always great with him and were there for us at the very end. They also offer boarding and grooming on site.
I was taking my fur babies to Dix Animal Hospital. Got so tired of making an appointment and showing up to an overcrowded waiting room. The original doctor was very good, but what happened to him? I kept complaining my Rufio had uncomfortable “sneezures”, my princess Baby Xing stopped eating, and poor little Spooky sounded like he was trying to hack up a furball all the time with no furball appearing. All they wanted to do was run the same thyroid test over and over again, which proved negative results. They got us in fairly quickly and dr Poindexter is amazing. You can tell he really loves animals. They weren't judgy, like other vets can be because we hadn't been in for a while.
